National Labor Relations Board Chairman Mark Gaston Pearce and Acting General Counsel Lafe Solomon have announced the appointment of Benjamin Mandelman as Officer in Charge of the NLRB’s newly-designated Subregional office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (Subregion 30). In his new position, Mr. Mandelman will assist Marlin Osthus, Director of the NLRB’s Region 18 in Minneapolis, in enforcing the National Labor Relations Act in Wisconsin, the western portion of the upper peninsula of Michigan, Minnesota, most of Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota.
